We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially in cases where third-party tools are used. Browser behavior and plugin conflicts are outside our control.

5. Account Responsibility

When creating an account with ProfitWelt:

• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are liable for all actions taken under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized activity or suspected security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that exhibits suspicious or abusive behavior.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

All deposits and purchases made on ProfitWelt are final and non-refundable.

Once a deposit is successfully completed, you are expected to use the balance to purchase services such as trading tools, hosting plans, or marketing campaigns. Refunds or reversals are not allowed.

By depositing, you agree to:

• Not file chargebacks or disputes
• Use only authorized payment methods
• Accept the risk of digital purchases

Filing a dispute or chargeback will result in:

• Termination of all current and future orders
• Permanent ban from the platform
• Forfeiture of your remaining balance

Fraudulent activity (e.g., use of stolen cards) will result in legal action and permanent suspension.

8. Free Balance & Promotional Coupons

ProfitWelt may, at its discretion, offer users free balance credits, promotional coupons, or deposit bonuses through events, marketing campaigns, or referrals.

However:

• Abuse of these features may result in reversal of funds
• If promotional balance is removed and your account goes into a negative balance, it may be automatically suspended
• To restore access, users may be required to make a manual payment to resolve any negative balance

We reserve the right to revoke, adjust, or cancel free balance offers at any time, for any reason.

9. Limitation of Liability

ProfitWelt is not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profit
• Any service interruptions, delays, or security breaches

By using our services, you accept full responsibility for how you interact with our platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of those changes.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if we suspect:
